Darren Pearce is an associate at Cohen Gardner LLP. His practice focuses on the transactional representation of clients in the entertainment, media, and digital/new media spaces. Darren received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University, and his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. While at UCLA Law, Darren was heavily involved with UCLA’s Entertainment Law Society and Black Law Student Association.
